The Offices of the Ministry for EU Affairs and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs opened in Antalya

The  official o ffices of the Ministry for EU Affairs and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of T urkey  opened in Antalya. The opening of Antalya Office of the Ministry for EU Affairs inaugurated in Antalya  on  21 December  with the participation of Volkan Bozkir, Minister for EU Affairs and Chief Negotiator. The inauguration ceremony will be held at the new office building of Antalya Governorate at 12:00 pm. Antalya Office, will serve to ensure harmonisation with the EU acquis at local level, and be guide for the right and effective implementation of the legislation, and for the preparation of projects that can evaluate the historical, cultural and geographical wealth of Antalya in terms of the EU accession perspective, and to benefit from the opportunities the EU accession process provides at local level. Antalya to host G20 summit in 2015

In 2015, G20 leaders' summit will be held in Antalya, Turkey.  The summit will be held in Antalya on November 15-16, 2015.  Global economy, strengthened growth and job creation will be taken up at the summit in Turkey.  The  2015 G-20 Turkey summit  will be the  tenth meeting  of the  G-20   heads of government .  Turkey will assume the presidency of the G-20 in 2015. What is G20? The  Group of Twenty  (also known as the  G-20  or  G20 ) is an  international  forum for the governments and  central bank  governors from 20 major economies.
